I am a researcher and strategist who is passionate about understanding people and why they do the things they do. My goal is to provide decision making confidence to my clients so they can deliver the right products, features and experiences to their customers. My approach to research is collaborative and honest, focusing on real outcomes for my clients.
I have spent the past 8 years in top tier strategic research agencies consulting across a wide range of industries including financial services, telecommunications, retail, government and FMCG. I have extensive experience conducting all forms of market and design research.
I have recently moved back to Newcastle to enjoy the quieter life (or so I think) with my husband and exuberant toddler. I am interested in working with organisations in Newcastle, or with any agency looking for an extra pair of safe hands in busy periods.
